Our Company
The owner and chef is Wesley Sims who has 22 years of culinary experience.
He began his career in the finest resort hotels in the area. He was executive chef at the Hotel Royal Plaza in Lake Buena
Vista before he helped to open a local catering company in 1990 that saw huge success and growth. In 1996 Wesley along with
his wife Esther opened "Central Florida Catering" in Winter Park. After four years the success of the business forced
them to relocate to thier present location in West Orange County. We have built a great reputation among our clients as one
of Central Florida's best caterers.
The New Addition to our Company Is W.E.S' Cafe
We are pleased to announce the opening of our new cafe with a full menu and daily specials. We are
opened Monday - Friday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. We also feature "Catering To Go" where you can order from our catering
menus. You just call in the order and give us a time you would like to pick up to cater you own event.
