Wedding Reception Information

Food Price Includes

· Sturdy plastic ware with napkin

· Cloths for food and beverage tables

· All utensils and equipment for food and beverage service

· Traditional cutting of the cake services

Service Charges

· Service charged at 25% of total bill includes, one hour setup, three hour reception, one hour cleanup

· (Additional service hours charged on a per hour basis)

· Service personnel are dressed in tuxedo attire

· Serviced receptions include traditional cutting of the cake

China, Glass, Flatware, Linens

· Full china with flatware and linen napkin at $5.50 and up per person

· Glassware for beverage charged at .75 cents per glass

· Rental of tables, chairs, cloths, skirting, punch fountain and other equipment available

Beverages

· We can provide any non alcoholic beverage

· All beverages include ice, cups and appropriate condiments

· All alcohol must be supplied by the client, pick up, chilling, delivery and set up is available at an additional charge.

· Bartenders available and are charged on a per hour basis

Charges

· Wedding requires a 50% deposit at booking to secure date, with the balance due 7 days before the reception
